RSPB seeks a Senior Conservation Scientist with PhD (or equivalent experience) to underpin the Society's UK conservation work on birds and wider biodiversity in upland and northern areas in the context of climate change adaptation and mitigation, and delivery of other ecosystem goods and services. You will be numerate, understand current conservation challenges in these environments, and be committed to working with colleagues across the Society to translate conservation science into successful action. You will achieve objectives by developing and leading a portfolio of research projects and science advocacy and communication activities, including publication of high quality peer-reviewed research outputs.
Salary
£24,500 - £29,000 pa
