Post doc on sea louse

A postdoc position is available with immediate uptake for 5 months minimum to complete a NERC grant contract to identify the sex pheromone of the sea louse L.salmonis and to design and trial odour traps for the monitoring of sea lice of farmed salmon.  An experienced postgraduate research assistant will also be considered.

The candidate requires to have an interest in marine systems.  Driving licence is essential.  Training can be given on behavioural bioassays.  The position is based at Aberdeen with chemical analyses with our collaborators at Rothamsted Research.  Deadline for applications is 15 June 2006.
